2020 AMERICAN TRIBUTE RIDE PLANS ARE UNDERWAY

It is the mission of the American Tribute Ride to honor those that have served and those that continue to serve our country, unselfishly. We honor these individuals as ambassadors of goodwill exemplified by the passion, bravery, dedication and brotherhood to serve our country and its citizens. The American Tribute Ride is dedicated to supporting those programs that help our responders, whether they are Military, Fire, EMS, Law Enforcement and their families.

Despite the “Safer at Home” order, the committee is meeting electronically and via e-mails in attempting to continue following our mission.  We are planning a great event that our participants can enjoy and help us raise money to support—

Camp American Legion                                                        Concerns Of Police Survivors-Wisconsin

Fischer House-Wisconsin at Woods VA Hospital       Old Glory Honor Flights

Wisconsin State Firefighter & EMS Memorial             Wisconsin Youth Burn Camp

We will be committed to honoring those public servants that died in the past year in the line of duty.  We pray that we will not have anyone that will have succumbed to COVID-19.

The ride will start at the Juneau Fire station on the south edge of Juneau.  Registration will start at 9:00 am and will stop at 11:00 am.  Fall River Fire Department is diligently working on having a great lunch for us to share when we arrive around 12:30 pm

The ride ends up in Waterloo, which is midway between Watertown and Sun Prairie.  At Waterloo we will have our Memorial Service to pay honor and tribute to our “hometown heroes”; we hope to have the families and members of each department present for this program.  Following the memorial service we will have our auction and an evening meal, which is separate fee for those that would like to “break bread” with us.

We anticipate a huge response for our Adopt A Veteran for the evening meal at Waterloo.  This allows our committee to give recognition to veterans that attend the evening memorial service and meal.  A rider or people from the area we travel in can bring a veteran to our event in Waterloo.  We ask that sponsor pay the $11.00 for the evening meal for the Adopt A Veteran.  We will need pre-registrations and payments prior to July 26 so we can plan accordingly.

We are always willing to accept help planning the ride, helping the day of the ride or contributing to the ride.  This 17th annual ride supporting those that have served will again plan to be one to remember according to Ron Naab the Chair.

Registration Forms and more information are on our website: www.americantributeride.com.   You can also get registration forms by contacting Ron Naab at atrchair@gmail.com or 262/629-9749.
