The thunderous roar of motorcycles will fill the Horicon Marsh area on July 25th, 2015 as the American Tribute Ride glides through the majestic marsh area.
The ride, a fundraiser for fire, police, military and EMS causes, is an annual event and this year is leaving Michlers H-D in Beaver Dam and traveling to Kekoskee with stops in Waterloo, and Hustisford.
Charities benefiting from this year’s event include the Wisconsin Firefighters Memorial, Badger Honor Flight, Concerns of Police Survivors, Gear Up Foundation and Veterans Assistance Program at King Veterans Center. Also, there will be a collection of toiletry, snacks, personal clothing, or money to help the veterans located at King Veterans Center that are part of the re-hab program.
If you live in the communities of Reeseville, Mayville, Lowell Beaver Dam, Hustisford or anywhere along the route, please spread the word through your communities, the ride roars through town like a parade. We invite and appreciate residents that stand outside and help us pay tribute to the brave men and women who protect our communities, state and nation.
This year we are honoring three firefighters, two law enforcement officers and three members from the military that made the ultimate sacrifice in the line of duty during the past year.
Come support your hometown heroes at our closing ceremony in Kekoskee. The entire ride is escorted with blocked intersections, port-a-potties at every stop, lunch and dinner are also included.
Register now to save, Pre Registration is $40 for a single or two-up for $60, day of the ride cost goes up to $50 single and $70 for a two-up. Pre-registration is currently underway.
